Faced with fierce competition and a downturn in the domestic construction and renovation industry, we resolutely decided to respond to the national 'going global' strategy and turn our attention to the promising market of Saudi Arabia.
This inspection visit took us deep into cities such as Riyadh and Jeddah, where we could genuinely feel the vigorous wave of construction driven by Saudi Arabia's 'Vision 2030'—mega projects rising rapidly, ambitious plans for emerging city clusters, and the government continuously increasing investment in housing, infrastructure, and tourism.
Through visiting local building material markets and meeting with developers and contractors, we found that the Saudi market has a strong demand for high-quality, environmentally friendly new building materials, and the local supply chain is not yet fully mature, which provides great opportunities for Chinese enterprises.
At the same time, Saudi consumers are increasingly favoring renovation plans that combine aesthetic design with functionality, which is exactly the strength of Chinese design companies.
This venture overseas is not only a market exploration but also the starting point of a strategic transformation. We believe that leveraging the efficiency and innovation of the Chinese supply chain, combined with a deep understanding of local culture, policies, and demands, we can surely carve out a path of high-quality development in the 'new blue ocean' of Saudi Arabia.
