Personal Resume

Formerly held positions as Decoration Design Manager at China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, Shandong Decoration GM at China Construction Sixth Engineering Division, and Cultural Tourism Space Product Director at China Construction Cultural Tourism. With 30+ years in design, I uphold principles of nature harmony, human-centricity, spatial optimization, value creation, and aesthetic enhancement. I employ a business-driven approach to space product lifecycle management.

As tourism consumption upgraded, I initiated cultural tourism homestay designs in 2003 and led the Fangzi Town project in 2009. During my presidency at the Asia-Pacific Hotel Design Association (Shandong), I honed expertise in project planning, execution, and sustainable operation.

With real estate sector evolution, I now focus on spatial strategies for cultural tourism, wellness, and rural revitalization, integrating industrial productization, branding, and IoT-enabled interconnectedness. This approach has yielded practical results and positive feedback, prompting the founding of Mige Space Planning & Design and Wendu Hotel Management Consulting.
